Who we are

Our Founder

Victoria Developments was founded by Jack Clancy, who has spent the past five years delivering high-end residential schemes across London and the South East - from infill sites to full-scale new builds.

Jack comes from a construction family and grew up on the edge of London, gaining hands-on experience from a young age on large-scale projects run by the family business. After initially studying Biomedical Sciences at Queen Mary University with the intention of becoming a doctor, he went on to work in design and operations within the creative and tech sectors respectively. That broad foundation - combining technical detail, project delivery, and design thinking - led him to establish Victoria Developments.

Since launch, the company has delivered a number of successful residential projects. Our development focus is on gentrified and emerging areas, where considered design and thoughtful implementation can unlock exceptional value - both for us, and the landowners we partner with.
